Workflow

Stage 1

We meet, Schedule an appointment at our office.
At this stage we will learn about your brand, its goals, and the current situation. We will then understand the best place to integrate ourselves into your marketing presence.
Once we do this, we’ll focus on building a route that will fit your brand’s needs and budget.

Stage 2

Once we’ve concluded our first meeting. We will conduct our targeted audience and competitor research. At this stage we research relevant keywords, where your product is most requested, and the most effective way to reach your clientele.
The last thing we do is map out the size and scope for the creatives needed, and issue a quote according to your brand’s needs.

Stage 3

This will be the lengthiest discussion we have. In which we will go through all the moving parts of your brand. We do this to identify the strengths and uniqueness of your brand so we can put a detailed plan of action in order. Through the years we have put together a list of questions that allow us to gain high level intel from almost any business that will paint them in a great light without deviating or altering your personal vision.This is the most important meeting in the process, and from previous experience we’ve learned that the better meetings yield better results.

Stage 4

At this stage, once you’ve returned to doing what you love ( RUNNING YOUR BRAND! ), we sit and construct your monthly plan with quality content, and visually stunning creatives. We then divide it into types according to aduciences in Israel, and around the world. Our plans are blocked out a month in advance. We make sure to include important events, and add that spontaneous touch to the schedule. This well oiled machine will then make its way back to you, where you will see the plan. At this stage you have a round of repairs in case you see it fit to alter anything, or if you just want to see us squirm around a bit.

Stage 5

Campaign creation and optimization
You’ve approved the plan, and now we’re off to the races. Our campaign manager prepares what is needed to feed the marketing machine (facebook, google, or whatever combination of platforms is required). Our graphic designer is on high alert, in case any adjustments or specializations are needed to keep your brand’s vitals where they need to be.
Optimizations start from the second we lift off. We’ll start to run on a low budget, and examine the data points as they come in. Once we have these points we start to fine tune images or content depending on the nature of user activity and response. After this stage we shift the budget to the right campaigns. At this stage we will also examine the entire conversion funnel from end to end. This includes landing pages, sites, and sales calls. These data points illuminate loads of information that will lead to improving your marketing process.

Stage 6

Let us deal with it. Facebook has its own unique language, it’s not a website, and it sure isn’t a notarized letter at your door either.
It’s imperative to answer people on this platform in a specific way, and it also helps to have a deep understanding of the system’s inner workings. Stage 7

We started to drip in to new audiences and expand your products sphere and reach with the help of creatives that fit these new groups like a glove. We’ve even started to reach audiences out of our reach as the platforms have now picked up on our new “hotter” groups.
